Winter Comes

There was rain a few places (mostly around Meg's) in the valley last night. Actually when I went to bed it was predicted for snow in the Mountains and we woke up to white above 5'500'.

Palm trees and snow always knock me out. Trudy and I hope to get up to play in the snow on Monday or Tuesday, so more later.

Bye The Way there are 22' at Lee Canyon Ski Area and more is on the way.

Keeper of Bryce

Trudy and I took our friend Christina Shepelavey to visit Bryce Canyon. Since the canyon rim is above 9,000' and winter comes early, we were almost alone. We were lucky enough to see the "Keeper of the Canyon" a wise old raven. After looking us over carefully he went back to making sure that the view was perfect.

His parting comment was,
"No Cheetos, No Peanuts, No Popcorn, all you get to see is the back of my head."

He did his job well because the view was magnificent
